Crab Imperial |

Ingredients: |
1 lb. Fresh Crab Meat |
1 package McCormick Crab Cake Classic |
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise |
1 tbsp butter |
1 tbsp flour |
1/2 Cup Milk |
Tarter sauce |
Paprika |

Directions: |
Drain and remove any cartilage Crab Meat |
Mix Crab Cake Classic with mayonnaise in a large bowl. |
Genlty toss in crab meat and set asside. |
Melt butter in medium sauce pan. |
Stir in flour and cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. |
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly; cook until thick. |
Remove from heat and gently stir in crab meat. |
Spoon into individual shells. |
Spread Tarter Sauce on top of crab meat mixture. |
Sprinkle with paprika |
Bake in preheated 450F oven 10-15 min or until bubbly and golden brown.
